1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kasino baji platform and all associated services ("Services"). By accessing the kasino baji website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to these Terms.

The key definitions below are used throughout this document, so they are clarified here first:

kasino baji reserves the right to reject any application without review, particularly if the information provided appears to be incomplete or false.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

The minimum age to use any service on kasino baji is 21 years. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account. The platform may request the following documents at any time to verify age or identity:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A document proving your current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (confirmation that the bKash / Nagad / Rocket number belongs to you)

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name — transactions made through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Standard withdrawal requests take between 10 and 45 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number from which the original deposit was made.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the verification process is incomplete.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kasino baji offers promotional bonuses to users from time to time. Each bonus has its own conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting the offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance becomes ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies once per account, unless the offer details state otherwise.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• A withdrawal limit on winnings from bonuses may apply — check the details of each offer.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false identities or manipulation will result in all bonuses and winnings being forfeited.
• kasino baji reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming services are available on kasino baji. Each section has its own rules, but the following general principles apply to all:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet or game produces an abnormal result due to a technical error, kasino baji reserves the right to void that transaction.
• Odds or payout rates may change at any time — the odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• kasino baji is not responsible for losses caused by connection drops or delays during live betting.
• kasino baji's server logs are the final record for determining game outcomes.

The RTP (Return to Player) rate for slots and casino games varies by game. RTP is a long-term theoretical average — it does not guarantee winnings in any single session.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kasino baji platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Deliberately using multiple accounts or identities to exploit the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts or automation tools.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Colluding with other users in a fraudulent manner while betting.

If any of the above is proven, all winnings, bonuses and account balance will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. If necessary, the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

kasino baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Fraudulent activity or any of the prohibited actions listed in Section 7.
• An order from a court or regulatory authority.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team. Before the account is closed, the verification process will be completed and all active bonuses and withdrawals will be settled.

9 Limitation of Liability

kasino baji is committed to maintaining the quality of its services, but the platform's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or game is left incomplete due to internet connection issues, power outages or a fault with the user's device.
• Losses caused by technical errors in third-party game software.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account by a third party — if the user was not sufficiently careful in protecting their password.
• Force majeure — such as natural disasters, government restrictions or cyber attacks.

In any circumstance, kasino baji's maximum liability is limited to the balance held in the user's account.
